Shipping information:

If you have paid for next day tracked shipping, please allow up to 2 working days for your order to arrive, as orders placed after 11 AM will not be delivered the next day.

All tracking information (for those who selected tracked shipping) will be sent to you either by SMS or email.

You can also contact us using the live chat option on our website, however you may not get a response quickly depending on the time of day.

Refund policy:

If you ordered one product from us and a different one arrived, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange, for which you must email us (using the address stated above) to receive the return address. Upon receiving the product back, we will issue your refund immediately.

If you have ordered the wrong size, you are entitled to an exchange. To do this, you will have to email us and receive the return address, after which we will ship the correct size to you immediately.

We do not currently offer refunds for products which are reported to be damaged in order to protect us against fraud, however please rest assure that we are treating our products with care and therefore they will not arrive in this state.
